
Welcome to Medical Blueprint! The easiest website dedicated to helping you monitor your blood glucose levels from anywhere in the world. Medical Blueprint is completely free and all you need to do is register.
After registering, you'll be able to enter glucose numbers and watch for trends with the clean and simple interface. You'll also have the option to print your graph and numbers for medical professionals as well as post them to the rest of the diabetic community. Make sure to check for updates under the Home link and check the FAQ section below if you have any questions.

How do I register?
Click here to register. It only takes a minute.
Is it free?
Yes. Medical Blueprint is completely free.
Where can I access Medical Blueprint?
You can access Medical Blueprint from any computer that has access to the internet.
Will my information be private?
All information is private by default. You have the option to show your profile information. Medical Blueprint does not ask for real names or addresses to ensure anonymity for our users. Your email and information will never be disseminated or sold.
I forgot my password. How do I get it back?
You will need to have it reset. You can do so by visiting this page. You will need to enter in your username and the answer to the secret question you chose when registering. After logging in with a password provided for you, you can click on Edit Profile Information to change it.
Why can't I see the graphs?
Make sure you have both Java Runtime Environment and Adobe Flash Player installed.
What is the Trend Line?
The Trend Line is a line fit to your data to indicate if your glucose numbers are increasing, decreasing, or staying the same for the last 25 readings.
Why doesn't my first value show up on the graph?
It is plotted against the far left of the graph. It takes two inputs to start drawing the graph.
How do I determine my glucose value from the graph?
Place the small hand icon above the point and the value will be displayed. You can also click the "View/Print" link to see a display of the graph and table of values.
How do I change a glucose value from the graph?
Enter the same date and time for the value you want to change. Enter the new value and press Update.
How do I delete a glucose value from the graph?
Enter the same date and time for the value you want to delete. Click the Remove checkbox and press Update. Deleting does not require the glucose value to be input.
Can I publish my graph and numbers for others to see?
Yes. You have the optional to publish your graph and averages to the world if you wish. You can change your preference at anytime by editing your preferences.
I have old tests I would like to input. How do I do this?
Select the appropriate time and date from the calendar popup. If you cannot see the calendar after clicking "Change Date", please enable javascript.
How do I print?
Click the View/Print button below the graph. Click File and Print in your browser menu just like if you were printing any other document.
How do I view older values?
Click the View/Print button below the graph. It will return your glucose values for the past 3 months.
Why was Medical Blueprint created?
Medical Blueprint was created because there weren't any quality, simple, or easy-to-use websites dedicated to helping people track their blood glucose from anywhere in the world. The highlight of Medical Blueprint is that it focuses on what is important: your glucose numbers. The graph is the focal point from which you can view how you are managing your diabetes.
